History

During the last decade Perú has evolved as one of the world's premier suppliers for organic and fair-trade coffee.

The expertise gained during this ten-year process has led to an organic produce which not only meets  the strictest environmental standards, but also guarantees a wonderfully mature and blanced cup quality.

Coinca accompanied this process from the very beginning and now enjoys a strong relationship with Perú's prime producers in northern, central  and southern production regions.

Our mill in Lima is equipped with a separate processing line for organic coffee. We can offer all organic certification types to service North American, European and Asian markets.
