History  
   

Our TRES CUMBRES and TRES MONTES are the products of a careful screening and sorting process. Coinca's modern production facilities enable us to separate peaberries and specific screens from the process with high accuracy, guaranteeing 90% of pure screened coffee.

The result is an impressively large screen 18 bean for our TRES CUMBRES and a wonderfully balanced peaberry preparation for our TRES MONTES. Custom screens as well as selected origins are also available upon request.
